Trying to activate the built AA on a Nortel CICS R6. Turned the AA on in system programming. When I get to the message on the user (*833) Shows Auto Att Greeting, hit show. Display says Play Rec Ok I hit record, display says, Please wait then it says Try Later and goes back to date and time. I did a reboot and I get the same thing. I have turned this feature on in other units and have had no problem. Anyone Thanks Tony :bang:

It is disabled in software. You'll need a keycode to activate it. What is the software SP version number?
