Got an MICS, currently a 4.0 with a NAM 4.0.04A. If I upgrade the MICS to a 6.1, will the NAM require an upgrade as well?

According to my chart, you will have to upgrade NAM to at least 4.1 to run on MICS 6.1 Maybe think about going to Call Pilot instead of upgrade of NAM.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

Yep 4.1 required. Be sure and upgrade the NAM FIRST.
But like NT suggests a CP might be the better route to go.

Better off with new CP, the last Nam I upgraded took 4 different trips to site, different NT support techs sent me 3 boot floppy discs. The last one seemed to be a guy with nam Expierence. He emailed a file which I copied to a disc.I suppose most of the guys that supported the Nam's are retired. Good luck!

Nortel doesn't really want to support MD equipment so help on NAMs will be spotty at best. They want to sell new equipment. We upgrade 4.0 NAMs frequently with few problems.
