I am installing a Norstar flash sw.2.? on a Norstar 8x24w/DS. when I try to program (Feat 983)pw XXXXXX the AA or CCR the display reads not allowed.I can add/change a mailbox and can setup group lists.What am I missing?

you have a flash vm"restricted" there is no AA/CCR tree

You have a Flash Lite. 10 mailboxes no AA functionality.

I found out I have a Flash lite. I was sent the wrong software. Thanks
