Client has a BCM400 3.7, with 2 PRI circuits. It's programmed to display the individuals DID number when dialing from extensions. How can I selectively block the outgoing caller ID info (either all calls or on a per call basis)?

You can try the the Telco CLID block code, If I recall here it's *67, but i don't know if it will work on a PRI.

You can remove the OLI info on the stations you want to block, but thats a permanent fix, all calls go out with CLID or none.

Kev try using F819. It will bock outging name and or number on a per call basis. I programmed a key on the phone for quick access. It was used by detectives at a police station. Worked well.
