HI! Techs , i was at a customer , who had someone install a call pilot 100, not me, they called me to change main greeting,i don't know everything on the call pilots, but i couln't find main greeting anywhere. I found morning , afternoon ,evening, non-business greetings , i found under LINES in Tel. admin line 157 answer AA Table 1 after 4 rings. they have T1 setup, Still couldn't find mean greeting and i know it is their and their is no CCR Trees, after to talking to another tech he walked me thru setting up lap top on callpilot, and finally found the greeting was able to play greeting by specifying a telephone to send recording to to listen and change it and save it, i still don't know why a can't do the changes from the telephone admin, if you can shine some light on this would be great. Thanks :bang:

Considering you found the morning, afternoon, etc greetings, & there is no CCR as you say, then you must by talking about the AA (Auto Attendant). Right?

Only worked on CP100, never installed yet....next month.

If it's the same as Flash...

Log on

Gretting Table (Enter #...usually 1) OK
OK again

If I'm wrong, someone else will chime in.

Dave once you've done a CP using the browser you'll never want to go back.

I've got a new one here for an install next month sometime.

I'll be pre-programming the system here as I usually do, so I'll connect the CP and play with it before hand.

Just remember the CP needs to be connected to a working KSU or the browser won't come up. Make sure you have DN length correct for the customer site and you need a crossover ethernet cord to connect direct.

Have fun.
