Just purchased a 2.0 flash and wanted to test it b4 going to cust I have a CICS 4.0 that I wanted to try it on and get inactive feature , have tried lower codes and NS codes ,no go ,have tried 9*1 & 9*5 still inactive code ,gone into maint and it sees the startalk on the port ,plugged a phone onto the port and it works fine URGENT "help"

Yes ,, mailbox number and p/w and the basic ones I tried are incorrect ,sorry should have mentioned this in the above .tks

do this feature **xftest on keypad then it will ask you to test all feature codes 1 by 1 when they come up as inactive delete them when they are all erased power down v/m wait 10 sec
re power up the flash will generate new codes
then you should be good

Do as Sentrex suggests except power down Flash BEFORE doing F**XFTEST.
