I have a main site with a MICS 7.0 and E&M trunk cards, the 2 off site locations try and call into the switch to access another site the system is busy what am I missing here, check remote access anything else..

Possibly a dialing plsn conflict. How are the remote sites dialing in. routing??

Marv when the offsite location calls in to the main location the offsite is using line 4 which is the tie line, they can call to the main location without a problem, when they go beyond that location they get a busy signal, they are dialing 200 through 250 for the main location, then 300 through 325 for the other offsite location, hope this helps.
