Our small office is looking for three phones to work with our ITT Aries 408 EKS Unit. We currently have ITT Aries EKS-401 and Cortelco EKS-616 phones. Our previous vendor, from 1999, says no vendor carries phones to work with our system and will have to find used/refurbished phones. I am a newbie to this office and to phone systems and need some direction. Any help would be appreciated. Tracy

I have an old ITT system we removed from service. Can you provide the actual part number from the label on the bottom of the existing phones? If so, I will check what we have and see if they will work.

I am sure that you can find used ones around - one can find pretty much anything if you look hard enough; but like your vendor said, they will not be new, they will be used or refurbished at best. How many are you trying to get? It might be a good time to look at replacing the system if it is that old and you need to purchase parts/phones anyway; may as well invest in something new rather than putting more money into an old system, IMHO. smile

Here are the numbers that are stamped on the bottom of my phone ~ my phone has more functions on it than we need. We need three phones.

Unfortunately we do not want to get a new system yet because our office will be moving sometime next year. We just need to eek this out until then.

I understand, that is a good reason indeed. Good luck on getting some then! smile

Unfortunately, the phones that I have are not what you are looking for. You might want to click on the Sundance Communications link at the top of this page or call them at 866-451-4545. They are the sponsor of this site and have managed to help me find those "hard to find" phones.
