Norstar MICS with about 90 phones. Created ccr tree 2/table 2 and assigned it to pick up on three rings for only four phones. These four phones have three dedicated lines appearing on them. I created a hunt group and assignd it as the target attendant for table 2 so that when a caller presses '0' it will ring all four sets. works great; however if they don't answer the caller gets the general delivery mailbox and not one of theirs. (yes - all four of their phones are fna to vmail) little help please?

HG does not follow CFNA rules. You need to create a MB for the hunt group and set overflow to voice mail DN. Or overflow to one of those 4 phones then it will CFNA to that mailbox.
