Have a client that installed a new T7406e cordless phone. They did not register the phone so I completed that and everything is working great except the paging. This phone replaced an old model of T7406. When paging from the cordless I get major feed back from all the speaker phones. I have done the following:
a. shut off the amp to the two speakers in the bay area. -- Paged through all the speaker phones -- No change
b. Stepped out side with cordless and paged through speakers and phones -- Worked Great!!
c. removed all the extensions near the base out of the page group. -- No change -- the base/antenna is sitting in the front of the office on a file cabinet about 9 feet from the base station.
I checked all programming -- all good.

You might want to cup your hand over the mic of the phone to prevent it from picking up the page.
