What I have done so far:
1) Tested all digital ports with a telephone - All four ports worked with a 7316 phone - both off the block and at the end of the modular cords just before plugging into the call pilot 150 mini
2) New Power Supply - works as well as original one
3) F9XXTest (allows me to view the number equivelents to each 900 series code. Works, but doesn't do anything to help.
4) Feature 903 doesn't work with either power supply
5) Feature 983 doesn't work with either power supply
6) Fearure 9*1 doesn't work with either power supply
7) Either power supply - all port lamps lit solid green - the othe three lamps flash green

Any possibility that the software card is corrupted?
Is there a voicemail system reset button that I am not aware of?

I guess we should have asked a little sooner but, what system are you working on? Is it a Norstar or Option?

The reason I ask is, in your most recent post above you list the VM as a CP150 MINI.

The CP mini will only work with the Meridian Option series. It will not work on a Norstar. That is probably the reason that your feature codes are not working.

Actually the cabinet is an MICS that has been installed for 18 months or more. The voicemail was installed at the same time. I am still leaning towards a corrupted PCMCIA card.

Ok, What you have then is a Call Pilot 150, not a Call Pilot mini. It is possible that the unit was mis-labeled.

Here is a link to the CP series product descriptions from Nortel.

By what you have descibed, it may be that the CP itself is defective. If you have a spare working SW card then by all means try it first. Sounds like you have done everything else. Goodluck :thumb:

I had same touble 2 weeks ago someone removed pcmica card and put it back in the wrong slot.

Final Entry: The cabinet turned out to be damaged. The software was not corrupted as I had guessed. Old software, new cabinet - works fine. Thanks for everyone's input- it is appreciated.
