Danny. CAS is a Call Accounting System. It's allow you to monitor a call but you can't listen and intrude into it.

I already have CallWhere installed for this client. They want to do live monitoring as well. The Algo Solution looks pretty slick. Sent a request for quote. Something tells me, though...it ain't gonna be cheap!
