I am going crazy with customers requiring these batteries. There must be some problem with them. At this time they are unavailable from suppliers and back ordered from Nortel. Maybe Nortel is getting a new supplier.
At this point, I am doing initial research to find a Radio Shack battery that I can modify to fit.

Any comments ?
