Have a reception phone with a backup 7440 DECT, customer complains that the dect phone does not always ring when the main phone does. I have an answer dn on the portable. Any bugs with answer dn's and dect?

Answer dn works differently for different types of calls. Default setting for Answer Dn is Basic, Change it to enhanced to answer all types of calls.

It's a BCM400 and currently it is set to extended,the problem seems to be random
|

Random meaning the dect phone will not ring maybe 2-3 times a day out of 200 incoming calls. I could not reproduce the problem

The site has 6 bases and 2 repeaters and when in monitoring mode *99989* I can see at least 4 bases/ repeaters at any given location
