Hey phone gods,

I have been looking through manuals and other online resources, but I have not found a solution thus far to address my particular situation, so here's what I am trying to achieve:

When my boss's extension is selected by a caller via auto-attendant, how do I set up his extension only to forward to his cell phone? We have been using the standard *72 method to forward the phones, but this causes all calls that come in to go to his cell phone, not just calls to his individual extension.

Let me know if you need more info! I would really appreciate some guidance.

Depends on the software of the system & voicemail.

Try doing a "Search". This has been talked about many times.

Hey arroz13 : Welcome to the board. welcome

First you need software version 4.1 or higher.
Then from his phone, you do a Feature 4, (routing code-usually a 9), then the phone number.
If it does not let you, it is because you do not have routing codes programmed. IF that is the case, call a Norstar technician and he can program that for you.
