Mics w/ Call Pilot 100. Any feature 98_, comes up inactive feature. This VM had been working perfect. Plugged and unplugged power, still not working. When Mics ports are unplugged from VM, there are still green light on ports 1 and 2 in Call Pilot. Mics ports are good, I can plug phone into those ports and ext. comes up. When I go into DN/Port Status, port 117 does not show VM hooked up to it.

Customer also has an ethernet cord plugged into CP,that goes to his computer and he can get into programming from there. Some other vendor set him up w/ that.I program through phone.

Unplug Patch cord to network and reboot

if still does not work look at the power supply and see if it's a 3 prong with 9volts, if so replace it with a 2 prong 8volt.

Curlycord has said it well.

Probably bad power supply.
Need 8v and power cord with 2 prongs not 3.

As long as it is a new one, I guess you could test with it. If it works then you know its the P/S.
But if it doesn't work??? Could it still be the P/S (9v) ?
