I am working on a BCM 400 that was installed a little over a year ago. It has 4.0 software. The music on hold has stopped working. We use the Music Manager as the source of music. I've gone into the music manager and found that the music was stopped. I tried hitting play and all that happened was the cursor highlighting the song moved up and never started playing the music. I tried taking the music files out and reinstalling them to no avail. My last effort was to do a reboot of the system, and no luck there either. Any suggestions?

Make sure that BCMamp service is running. Try stopping then restarting it.
