Just tried Silent Monitor for the first time (MICS 7.1, CP 150 w/Call Center).

Silent Monitor works nicely, but, after hanging up/cancelling the call I was monitoring, both IC buttons on the monitor phone remain lit (solid, not flashing). NOTHING I do would "un-stick" the buttons. When I press the buttons, I get the error tone + a message in the window (don't remember now...either "no free lines" or "xxx unavailable".

I tried disabling the port of the set, but it wouldn't allow it. I disabled the module in programming, but the buttons remained active when I re-enabled. Finally had to re-boot the system to get the buttons un-done.

Any ideas? eek mad

Are those phones HG members? Have you start Monitoring in HF mode, then moved to handset and then hung up?
