Have MICS and Call Pilot 100. Can someone run me through programming steps to set up night ringing w/ a manual Night service Button at reception.

There are 4 companies on this system, each has 3 dial tones and its own greeting obviously, but we want to set up Night Service for only one company.

Thank you.

Create a ring group that contains the phone you want ring. Any phone that has a line A&R or R only will continue to ring even while a ring service is active. There is no need to add these phone to a ring group.

Assign the ring group to the ringing service.

Assign the ring group to the lines.

Assign a control set for the lines. (The phone that turns ringing service on and off)

Do I need to take the other lines from the other 3 companies and point them to a different control set? They are not going to be using the Night Service, just 1 company with their 4 lines is going to use it.

Control defaults as 21,221 or 2221 for all lines and sets. Remove used lines that you don't want controlled from this set if that is your comtrol set.
