What would cause PRI B channels to go into lockout? This is on a CS1000E. In the last few days, I've freed up 4 channels that were in lockout.
Thanks!
Justin

B-channel service messaging could be an issue. Especially if you are being serviced from a DMS switch. If the co is set up for it and you are not or the other way around it can cause issues.

The ones going into lockout are being serviced by a 5E.
I'm not sure on the auto recover. Can you point me in the direction of where to check?
Thanks!

Justin B-chan servicing can cause the same issues in a 5ess. Also have you confirmed protocols with the carrier?
