Book says you can't change the hunt group DN's which default to 425-455. Plant 911 people did a DN change to 4 digits at startup and now the hunt group numbers are 2425-2455, and I'm having some hunt group problems that can't be resolved.
Place lines in hunt group 2427 and having it queue over after 15 seconds to hunt group 2428, the sets being assigned here. The line doesn’t ring in to the sets. Is this a know issue with the new BCM400 R4, or am I just not doing something correctly. I have been to BCM training in Dallas Texas, and thought I knew hunt group programming well. The hunt group DN's are assigned to ring and appear.

No issue.

Make sure you have removed the lines from the HG sets.

Assign the the lines to HG, set the lines to ring the HG DN not the DN's in the HG. Or if using AA transfer to the HG DN.
