I recently converted a Norstar from POTS to PRI. Everything went smooth, however when the customer wants to make a local call they have to dial a 1 the area code and then the number. Is there a programming shortcut to eliminate the need to dial these extra digits on a simple local call? Thanks in advance for any responses.

go into your dialing plan and then add the dgits that correspond to you local number plan and that should take care of it.By default 1 + 10 digits is all that is there.
