I have a Norstar MICS V4.1. Trunking is provided via a Qwest DSS T-1. We are having issues entering our pin codes for LD calls. All local calls go through fine. The LD Carrier says their equipment is fine. We have been getting a lot of Alarm 63-202, 63-212 and other 63-2XX alarms. Can anyone point me in a direction to troubleshoot?

I would say you had a DTMF receiver issue!

Try replacing the Combo Expansion Card
|
