Howdy,

What's the best practice for routing a DID directly into a user voicemail box using an MICS and Call Pilot? The customer has an existing PRI and available DIDs.

Someone mentioned something about "Express Messaging". I don't know what that is.

I have a customer and they want to have 5 or more outside employees each with a DID that drops right into their mailbox. They are not local users and they do not have telephone extensions.

What would be the suggested best practice for performing this?

Thanks!

make the target line
add the mailbox, no extension assigned to mailbox
under the message line feature of the mailbox, enter the target line.
initialize the mailbox from an inside extension
dial the DID and the mailbox should pick up.
