I am having the exact same problem as a previous post by ITPhoneguy on a Norstar Flash. I reset the VM from scratch and all I have done is record the company greeting. Now when I set a line to AA I hear my message, instead of simply routing to the general delivery or attendant box to leave a message Nora comes on and gives a list of options I don't want to use. This should be a simple setup and it has turned into something far more difficult than it should be. I have the manuals and am no beginner, can anyone out there answer what seems to be a simple task of disabling the prompt coming on with the main greeting? ???? Thanks, MTMike

Enter Table Number. AA menu prompt = No Record 1 second of dead air. Save
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

Jim's method will work, but without properly recording a greeting and custom table prompt you run the risk of dead air if a caller is ever returned to AA.
Best to record your greeting and table prompt correctly.
