I have a customer with BCM400 4.0 the incoming lines are Flexgrow w/ DID's. I have the DID's setup as target lines and working just fine (ring desk then rolls to users mailbox). However the main line using target line 267 rings to 3 phones during the day (BCM monitor shows all incoming calls start to ring on line 061). I have AA configured, tables and CCR tree built. The call will not roll to the AA with the line set as Auto Answer (for DID's to work); if I change to manual answer incoming calls roll into AA however the DID calls will only ring to the main reception phone. Lines configuration: Lines->Active Physical Line-> 061-084-> Trunk Type: E&M ->Answer Mode: Auto Lines-> Target-> Line 267 (main)-> type: public ->pub/ priv received #: XXXX->
What do I need to change to allow the incoming main number to roll to AA instead of the general delivery mailbox while still being able to utilize the DID's?

Make sure in your Table Line 267 programmed to Answer (AA) number of rings 0. For target line 267 after received digits set up Prime to be a VM DN.
