Our company has a Nortel phone setup using T7316E phones. I have auto attendant set up to answer immediately and going into the CCR Tree. Option 0 is the receptionist. I would like to know if there is a way to have two different phones ring when 0 is pressed. We have 2 ladies in the office that act as receptionist and they don't always work at the same time. They are not in the same physical office so they can't share a phone. Their phones are also listed at a different point in the tree to go directly to either of them.

I hope that made sense. To sum it up I want the default receptionist option to ring to both phones. If that's not possible, recommendations of other options would be nice.

I new to working with this system, so less technical of a response would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

2 ways to do it, either set up a hunt group and point option 0 to there, or set the receptionist's DN as an answer DN on the other station.

MICS or BCM?

I feel bad for asking, but could you walk me through how to set up one of those. I've been looking for how to do it and I'm just not figuring it out. Sorry to be a pain.

welcome to the board

We are not here to give you step-by-step programming directions. These system forums are for "End User" questions & answers, like changing time & date type of thing. What you are requesting is "Installer" information and is beyond the scope of this forum.

I would strongly suggest getting a vendor who is familiar with that system to support you.
