Can`t use night service phones get small chirp and auto att pick up. Problem is customer wants call display with message, vmail picks up to fast to pass call display. Any thoughts on how to program this. Sorry also did not want to use DND at night on all sets.

you pretty much have to run full time Auto Attendant and then just prompt out to a hunt group to ring all the phones during the day, and go to the general mailbox at night. The AA answer needs to be delayed so as to allow for the call ID info.

Any phone that is programmed to ring will ring regardless of service mode.

You can use a ringing service during the day and then a different one at night to eliminate the need for A&R.

Marv's idea will work as well. I misread the post as you didn't want to use night service, but in fact, like Marv said, you can set the phones not to ring.
