I am trying to get the Company Name to show up on out going calls on PRI and it will not happen, I programed the OLI and the numbers are going out ok. Is there some programing I need to do other that inserting the name in the Business Name program?

Nope. There is nothing that you can do to alter the outgoing name that is sent. This is the responsibility of the provider of the PRI service. They will eventually get around to updating their entries into the national network of translations.
With so many service providers out there, it often takes many weeks, even months for customer data to be updated in all of these databases.
In most cases, the name sent must match the main billing telephone number for the PRI account (BTN).
It doesn't matter what kind of phone system you are using. This applies across the board. Some systems can send modified information regarding the outgoing number, but there is no way to alter the name displayed. Sorry.
