I'm having a brain fart.
In my ccr tree path 12 is for dialing to a cell phone,i want it to do a link transfer the only way i got it to work is thru line pool option but then it takes 2 lines,
any help thanks

I don't think you can do a link transfer with the Call Pilot because it would be unsupervised. Remember, in order to complete a link transfer the call has to ring at least once.

Yes you can do an external transfer out of the any Norstar voice mail

And don't forget on the MICS to set link at CO to Y

We have only had the request once or twice and never got it to work because the transfer would be too quick and disconnect the call. I will just blame the issue on Qwest..err.. CenturyLink
