I've got a really basic and older system (616 w/ DR2), and it works great for the office, but a recent power outage resulted in all programming lost. Apparently the battery hardwired is too old to save me anymore. Full system reprogrammed with one glaring exception that has me stumped - when a call comes in, no one can simply pick up a handset to answer the call, they have to manually select the line. Previous (lost) programming allowed any set to pick up the line and answer the call. Does anyone have any idea where the setting is hiding to retrieve this feature?

It took me a minute to get what you meant, but the phone has to be set to "ring". I had all turned off except 2 as they're all in close proximity, and those 2 were working.... I knew it was something obvious! Thanks!
