We have a functioning BCM50 that after 4 rings to the operator extension, should get routed to the CCR Tree providing a list of menu options. It was working fine on a Friday and on Monday, anyone calling the primary line, it just rings forever. In the BCM Line monitor, it shows the line alerting and then connected, although in the inbound callers phone, it is just ringing. Even after the inbound caller hangs up, the line monitor continues to show connected until it reaches 3 minutes and 52 seconds, at which time it shows disconnected. The interesting thing is, if a certain other inbound lines is called, it gets routed to the CCR Tree.

Check under AA/Lines that the given line is told to answer and check it's rings count.

Thanks for the quick response.

In CallPilot Manager > AA > Lines Admin > The 4 lines are set to AA > Table 1 > 4 rings. Line 1 is the operator line and the one that just rings now. Line 3 is now directing callers to the CCR Tree.

I almost wonder if 2 wires got swapped on the demarc in the building cc, since really nothing changed in the system (as far as I can tell). I've also warm booted the system and no change.

Sounds like a CO problem. Swap the line with a known working one and see the problem moves with the line.
