I don't quite get the Toll Restrictions. I have setup a restriction in Lvl 6, not allowing any number beginning w/1. I set the 2 COS in the system to level-6. Then I set each station under the "station" programming to COS level-6 except ext.07-1(COS level-1). All phones can dial out any 1% )xxx-xxxx number except ext.07-1.
I don't get it. I thought when you set up a station level that it will restrict everything through that level. I also thought that stations w/level-1 are not restricted, but instead level-1 is the only one restricted and everything else isn't.

set the restrictions in the levels, assign a level to a COS and assign a COS to a port or ports.
