Hi all
I have 2 x kxtd 1232 v6…+ tvp100 with a pri on incoming calls 3 x ddi ring group 290, 291,292
Which is pointed to ext 201.. And display group name for id purposes. Which is then intercepted after 5 rings to v/mail (AA) & distributed to 2 x backup ops with group names intact.
All works fine however My problem is I cant get call waiting to work have tried (7311) no joy also (ohca)(ohcw) have told v/mail to use call waiting on busy no joy.
If I ring any phone (internal) and attempt call waiting (digit 2) does not work on any ext to ext call.
Have checked data line security .it is off have made 2 x ddi calls direct to ext 201 and get a busy tone on 2end call anyone have any clue what’s wrong

make sure you don't have busy/no answer set. just set no answer to voicemail. this way the second call should come through.
