Hi,
just installed a td1232 and having problem getting the SMDR output using hypertext terminal.
any help will be appreciated.

make sure everything in programming is setup ok and you have a null modem cable hooked up to your PC.

Just make sure the pinouts on your smdr cable are correct, consult install manual for this.
Make sure your port settings are set correct your hyper term.
And check that smdr printout is turned on.
Its off by default i think.
