Terminal downloads of system reports work fine for me on a TVS50, but the TVS200 requires ANSI emulation and, having tried many ways, still now success. Repeated error message from the TVS200 to the "GPRN" command is, "ANSI required."

I have tried two emulation programs, used various tactics like, set ANSI emulation/save/close/reopen; disconnect/reconnect, etc. Still get the same "ANSI required" error message.

A veteran no doubt would know about this!
Thanks, guys.

I really don't know what your trying to do but I can tell you I never had a problem using the exact same laptop with the same settings and same cable to communicate with any of the TVS units. 50,75, 80, 90, 100, 120, 125, 200, 225
and so on.
Hyper-Term, 9600-8 N and 1. no flow control and a NULL modem cable.
Did you try resetting ONLY the Comm. parameters on the 200?
Set the rotary switch to position 1 and reboot.
