Anyone know how to program the 5 buttons to the right and 5 buttons to the left of the large LCD display to correspond to the extensions in my house (stations are designated as 100-111)? I can navigate through the menu to extensions and 100-105 will be shown on the right. I can then hit next and 106-110 will show. Is there a way to have 100-105 correspond to the right buttons and 105-110 correspond to those on the left? Is there a way to program the name of the individual or the room of each station?

To program the names of the extensions you need the port number. This is done by hitting the on/off button press conf then dial the extension number. It will then give you a 2 or 3 digit number like if you do that and type in the main extension 100 it should return 001 or 01. Once you have this number...You go to the main phone 100 or 10 and press on/off prog # 2. This is where you'll type in the port number and then you'll have the opprotunity to type in the name using the number pad. Once you have typed in the name you need to press the flash button after each letter and one after the last letter, then press hold to actually enter the name.

If you need more info than that, shoot me an email and I'll try to help you out more.

The screens can be customized to the nth degree, down to specific phones showing different screens based on phone staus(off-hook,CO access, paging etc). If you've got a manual, look at:
FF1 2# 7# 1# (Screen)# (SoftKey)# (Feature)#
You must program the features *and* the the text you want to display for those features. The only rub is that to set up the actual text, you either need a 72btn console or the programming software.
