I just installed a 624 with a new TVS 95 and I am experiencing some weird things.
1.) I have two ports setup for VM - Port 115/116. When someone calls in they get the custom recording, but if someone calls in immediately after that, they here the system greeting. I looked at the Port Settings via the serial port, and both ports are set the same way. Any ideas?
2.) The TVS 95 seems to be real slow at releasing itself. For instance, if I dial the VM, and hang up, I have to wait like 30 seconds before I can get into VM again.

it sounds like your provider is not sending a CPC signal. Call each port, 115 & 116 from an extension that does not have a mailbox associated with it and see how the TVS answers. Gem

Well - I put them in a ring group, and it is rolling over... BUT... still having the problem with the voicemail system taking forever to release the line.
