Hi
I am installing a Panasonic KX-TD1232 on an eircom PRI. I keep getting the error "CO not assigned" showing when I press the speed dial key no. 1, I have done everything in the manual. I just can't seem to get an outside line. Using prog 450 to assign PRI line to 30 channels has been done, the CRC is enabled and the prog 400 Outside Line Connection Assignment has been done. Eircom have tested the line and there doesn't seem to be a problem. Is there anything I am forgetting? I am a Telecomms engineering student installing the system as a favour for a friend. Any help would be appreciated.

hi clive did you remember that the pri lines start at line 25 so you would have to program sp key to co25 not as co 1 as in defult or you can set the line button as loop co
prog 99
press a key
dial 0
enter *
press store then use this to test the line
i take it that you dont have the software
also you have error chk enabled has eircom got enabled also where in ire are you me in dublin .
