We have the Panasonic DBS-824 phone system. The phones we have are VB43220, VB43233 and VB44230-G, we have a total of 12 phones in our office. We recently bought 3 headsets that are Plantronics, tristar noise cancelling. We are having problems using them, is there something we need to do to program the system to use them? Any ideas where we can look for solutions?

Thanks in Advance.

"Headset Mode" is set/toggled by going off-hook and dialing #51.

Program into a lighted button (on/off-prog-touch button-dial #51-Hold), to get a visual indication of whether you are in handset or headset mode.
