You need to use a set that is assigned as an operator or manager. There are 4 messages available with 3 different types. For now we will assume this is for DISA only with no UCD groups or timed reminder. Message 1 is DISA 1 or UCD 1 Message 2 is DISA 2 or UCD 2 Message 3 is Timed reminder or UCD 3 Message 4 is UCD 4 only. From intercom dial 361 and 1 or 2 (message 1 or 2) Record the message after the tone. Press the store button to stop and the message is automatically played back. press the store button again. Message 1 record time is default at 32 Sec. There is a total of 64 Secs. record time for all 4 messages. The time can be set in program 215 I've never been a fan of DISA. Make sure you use one of the security modes, program 809 is defaulted at "outside line" security. I would make sure it hasn't been changed. MeG
