Our office has this system with two wireless handsets. We introduced two identicle handsets from another office. The two we brought over do not work. Only give the error message -Move closer to the base-.
Any idea's

I believe that additional handsets need to be registered with the main base unit in order to work. This prevents neighbors who may have the same system from getting into yours. Check the user's manual for the base unit for information about handset registration.
If you can't do that, call Panasonic's support center at (800) 211-7262.
