Help!! I already posted this before but I'm still in need of help. The customer can't get in to the panavoice with the user id and password that they've always used...I tried just entering the user id as someone suggested. That still didn't work so...Anyway, my question is, is there a way to reset the user id and password and does someone know how to do this? Or is the system dying?

Which panavoice are you talking about? Is that panavoice-s or pc based?
