I have a client that just purchase a used Panasonic DBS Telephone system with no manual or programming information can any one help me out there with any programming instruction or technical support?

Hard to program, lots of features, funky phones.

Willmax unfortunitly I would agree with brokeda The DBS system is pretty old and complicated to learn the programming. If you take the time to install this and learn the programming then you have to deal with old telephones. If you truly want a challenge and continue with this I would suggest you go to the following link, pay the 39.50 and download the manuals.
