TVA 50 plays this prompt when a station does not answer.,"Sorry,No one is available to answer your call, to leave a message, press 1, to call the operator press 0-----. Isn't there a way to turn off that prompt so the sub's greeting answers first. The sub's greeting does play after you press 1. Hope someone can help, don't look forward to 45 min. on hold calling Panasonic tech support.

It depends upon the phone system that the TVA50 is connected to. Is the transfer mode in the TVA set to "blind" instead of supervised? That is the direction you should head. You can change this on a system-wide or per-mailbox basis.
