Customer has a TDA system with 5 to 6 phones on an ICD Group with Caller ID card installed. The ICD Group is set up as 0-ring on x101, 1-ring on x101 and x102; 2-ring on x101, x102 and x103 and so forth, they want to a complete incoming call record logged x101 no matter which phone in the ICD Group eventually picks up and answers the call, is it possible to do so?
As right now, only calls answered by x101 will be logged on x101. Thanks a lot for any input in advanced!!! HG

You can assign a flexible button as a Call Log for an ICDgroup (example CallLog 601). I think the ICDgroup call log button only logs answered (or is it missed?) calls to that icd group though. Panasonic just came out with version 3.2 for the TDA and they did mention modifications to the call log feature, but I'm not exactly sure what it is, i hope they improve the call logging...

Yeah! That's my understanding too, the customer has that Call Log ICD Group button programmed already.
But to track down a particular caller ID logged in the system which answered by an unknown set is a real pain in the butt!
