Does anyone know if a user can go into his mailbox and enable/disable the email function? This potential customer would like the email option but wants to know if he can turn it off or on himself. We've installed a few but have never had this question come up until now. It's gonna be a TDA50 with a TVA50. Thanks in advance.

If it's a question of they only want certain messages sent to e mail, give them a phantom mailbox, they FWD any message they want to this box. Other than that I can't see a problem, if they have called id it's real easy, just zap the ones you don't want. Also on record button use the phantom box, otherwise its not forwarded.
