One of our Panasonic KX-T7453 phones has stopped working. We still have a dial tone and can answer calls, but none of the button features on the phone work anymore. We can't pick a line, transfer a call, etc.
Any ideas if there is anything we can do here or is the phone just hooped.

SMHS, it sounds as though that station lost all the button programming.
Maybe someone was in the station programming.
Or maybe someone locked the station.
