Ok, here is the scenario.

Customer has 3 CO's which he wants to ring into AA (I know there is no AA) or in this case DISA, which I have been able to accomplish. The caller should then be able to dial an extension, the extension rings and then b/na fwd to the personal mailbox for that extension.

Also, if the receptionist is in the office and she hears the ringing at an extension where the user is not present; can she have the option to intercept the call by either selecting the ringing line button, or a pick-up code/button?

I need step by step what I need to setup above.

I also need to know where to record disa and personal VM OGM.

It will work if the extension is dialed direct from disa just set up busy/no-answer on extension 71 0 to cancel
71 1 ext # all calls
71 2 ext # busy no-answer
To ext 725 bv

To record message dial 723 1 # speak and hang up
to playback dial 723 2 #
to erase 723 3 #

To record disa dial program button lift handset press 9 plus 1 and disa no 1-8 record message and press auto-dial store button

To playback pressdial program button lift handset press 9 plus 2 and disa no 1-8 record message and press auto-dial store button

Reception can press 4 plus extension number or #4 plus extension number if using number plan 2 to pick up call

Thanks for saving me some time OBT; that's what I needed. I was plodding through the programming but since I don't do Panasonic very often it can get tedious. Especially on this 824.
