I need a little help, we have added new phones to our system but I cant find the manual so I can program ext #'s to them.

The new phones will come up wth extension numbers, by default.

Ok, but I cant use the intercom. Sorry I should have beem more specific.

The phones have intercom access by default. If they don't, pick up the handset and immediately dial 790#

It should reset the extension and delete pickup dial. If not, then it's someting else and you have to program that with PROGRAM 99 and the codes that are in the manual you don't have.
